1 package of italian dressing mix <br>

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Line 13x9 inch pan with foil.  Take thawed 3lb pork roast and sprinkle 1/2 packet of italian dressing mix all over.  Or use 5lb roast and use whole packet of mix.  Cooks about 1hr 45 min for 3lb roast and 2 1/2 hrs for 5lb roast, but just check doneness a little before as everyones oven is different.  <br>

    * 1 1/2 pound pork, cubed<br>
    * 1 green onion, sliced (scallions)<br>
    * 4 ounces can mushrooms, drained<br>
    * 1 onion, sliced<br>
    * 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce<br>
    * 8 ounces can tomato sauce<br>
    * 2 tablespoons brown sugar<br>
    * 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar<br>

Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice.<br>
